By accessing and using ViewerConnect, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on ViewerConnect for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ViewerConnect

The materials appearing on ViewerConnect could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ViewerConnect does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Content submitted by users (review requests, character data, UIDs, viewer help requests, build descriptions) remains the property of the user who submitted it, but by submitting such content, you grant ViewerConnect a license to use, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing the service and streaming viewer help content.

7. Links

ViewerConnect has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ViewerConnect of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Modifications

ViewerConnect may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of use.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Submit false or misleading information about your Genshin Impact account or gaming profile
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, administrators, or streamers
• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content in reviews, help requests, or descriptions
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to scrape or bulk download data from the service
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service or the random selection system
• Spam or submit duplicate requests within cooldown periods
• Request viewers help for purposes other than gameplay assistance

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ViewerConnect immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ViewerConnect is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

12. Termination

ViewerConnect reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service.

13. Discord Bot (TwitchScheduler)

ViewerConnect includes a Discord bot that automatically creates Discord Scheduled Events from a Twitch stream schedule. By having the bot in your Discord server, you agree to these terms. The bot is managed by server administrators and does not collect personal data from Discord users. See our Privacy Policy for details on what the bot stores.
