Request Help (Web)

Submit an in-queue help request from the website using one of your verified UIDs.

Who This Is For

  • Viewers requesting account or gameplay help

Before You Start

  • You must have at least one verified UID

Step-by-Step

  1. Open the Viewer Help page.
  2. Select a verified UID.
  3. Select a help type.
  4. Submit the request.
  5. Check Active Request status for queue confirmation.

Key Notes

  • You can have only one active help request at a time.
  • Standard cooldown is 18 hours after completion.
  • Requests can be blocked if stream is paused or feature is disabled.

Troubleshooting

  • No UID available: verify at least one UID first.
  • Submit disabled: check cooldown, active request, stream pause, or feature status.
