Light Control: Tickets, Presets, and Activation

Who This Is For

• Mobile-first viewers redeeming from Twitch chat

Before You Start

• Your Twitch account must be linked to your ViewerConnect account.
• You should have at least one verified UID on your account.
• Light control must be enabled by stream admin.

Step-by-Step

1. Redeem the light ticket reward on Twitch to earn a ticket.
2. Open Interact > Light Control on ViewerConnect.
3. Pick mode: CCT (white light), HSI (color wheel), or FX (preset effects).
4. Adjust sliders and tap Save Preset (Free).
5. When ready, tap Use 1 Ticket Now (or redeem Activate Lights if enabled).
6. Confirm activation and watch the status card for remaining time.

Key Notes

• Save Preset does not consume a ticket; activation consumes exactly one ticket.
• Activation can be blocked by module disable, active control by another viewer, or cooldown.
• FX preset descriptions: Lightning (storm flashes), Paparazzi (camera bursts), Defective Bulb (flicker), Explosion (flare + sparks), Welding (arc flicker), CCT Flash (temperature strobe), H.U.E Flash (color strobe), CCT Pulse (white-light pulse), H.U.E Pulse (color pulse), Cop Car (emergency pattern), Candlelight (warm flicker), H.U.E Loop (hue cycle), CCT Loop (warm/cool cycle), INT Loop (intensity loop with mode switch), TV Screen (ambient TV glow), Fireworks (bursting pops), Party (club-style cycle), Music (audio-reactive style).
• Some FX presets expose extra controls per effect: temperature, GM, mode, sparks, hue, and saturation.

Troubleshooting

• No tickets available: redeem the ticket reward first, then refresh this page.
• Activate button disabled: check module status, active control banner, or cooldown timer.
• Saved settings not applying: confirm you tapped Use 1 Ticket Now after saving.
• Redeem refunded on Twitch: account link, UID registration, or module state likely blocked the action.
